The Two Degrees Tour, and entire album cycle, finished two weekends back, and I’ve finally managed to catch my breath. Thanks to everyone who came thru and made it so special.

Did Take 5 with Zan on Friday. What i didn’t realise at the time is that it will be the second last Take 5 Zan ever does on triple j, as earlier today she announced she’s leaving at the end of the year. So i feel very grateful for her asking me in for a second time. And super sad she’s leaving. Love talking with Zan off air, and on air she’s probably the best in the business when it comes to making artists sound way more profound than they are, present company included. So someone in my team suggested posting that the ARIA for ‘Best Live Act’ is publicly voted, and getting you guys to vote for me. I’m not really into making a big deal of it, but looking at this photo of all the shows we played this year, I thought “you know what, fuck it”.
I never expect to win awards. Playing tours and literally getting to live my dream is reward enough. But if you made it to a show this year and had fun, swing your boy a vote.
